Save the time and effort of downloading studies and uploading them to another case by simply transferring studies from one case - the SOURCE case - to another - the DESTINATION case.

To perform the transfer, you will need to be either an owner or a shared user of each case. Click here if you need directions on how to create a new case.

Step 1:

Navigate to the SOURCE case from the Case Management Console (your home page). In the Studies tab, use the checkboxes to select the studies you wish to transfer to the DESTINATION case. You can use the checkbox above the studies to select/unselect all of them.

A message will appear, indicating that it can take 1-2 minutes for the transfer to complete and for the studies to appear in the DESTINATION case. Please note that this is an estimate, and that a transfer of many and/or large studies could take more time.

Step 5:

Navigate to the DESTINATION case. Once your studies are there, you can add experts to share the imaging with them, as you normally do.
