Yes. Please send your request to support@safepacs.net and be sure to include the following information:


  • email address of the recipient (please be sure that it is correct as the transfer cannot be reversed once completed)
  • number of case credits you wish to transfer

The transfer will generally be completed within 48 hours from the time we receive your request. Your CaseCredit balance must be equal or greater than the requested transfer amount, at the time the request is received, or the transfer request will not be completed.
