After you have successfully burn studies,with the viewer, onto a USB drive (thumbdrive), and you try to 'Launch' the viewer software on a Windows computer, you get the following popup message:

Complete the following steps to correct the problem:

1) From your Start menu, open the 'Control Panel'. Open the 'System' application.

2) Next, click on 'Advanced system settings'

3) Click the 'Advanced' tab, then the 'Environment Variables ...' button

4) Click on the 'New...' button in the bottom, "System variables" box

5) Enter the "Variable name" and "Variable value" fields just as you see them filled below, then click 'Ok'

6) Click 'Ok' in the "Environment variables" window, then 'Ok' in the "System properties" window. You can then close the "System" window

7) Restart the program on your USB drive and 'Launch' the viewer again.
